Do You Have Mental Health Questions About The Pandemic?

Individual Counseling Insights brought to you by California Psychotherapeutic Resources, Inc.

What a year 2020 was. We may not have wanted to live through a historic event, but that’s exactly what we all did together. Have you felt the strain of dealing with the repercussions of the pandemic? If so, you’re not alone. Sarah Bourassa, writing for HuffPost.com, says “March 11 marks one year since the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus outbreak a global pandemic. For many people, this has been one of the most difficult years of their lives. Therapists have seen that mental health issues are magnified because of it. Social distancing has led to loneliness and isolation. The uncertainty of the future has triggered stress and anxiety. And many have grieved the loss of normalcy, and the loss of loved ones.”

A question mark

In response to this stress, HuffPost has organized a Question & Answer event. If you have a mental health question about stress, PTSD, loneliness, grief or any other issue triggered by the pandemic, HuffPost is inviting people to submit their questions — experts will then respond to as many questions as they can.

This is a time-sensitive project, so please submit your questions by March 10 here, and check back beginning March 11 for answers.
